Plánujeme sekvenovat, analyzovat a porovnat devět genomů rodu Biscutella (dvojštítek Brassicaceae) s odlišným počtem chromosomů a velikostí genomu. Budeme analyzovat molekulární procesy spojené s různým stupněm redukční dysploidie během post-polyploidní diploidizace a speciace.
